Our bodies are state-of-art as God made them. Over time we have not honored the original plan as-it-were. Sisu is a Finnish term and roughly translated means tenacity. Just asthe Russians in World War Two about Finnish tenacity. Sisu is a throw back to basic body movements, bodyweight exercises, pushing a sled, walking with weights, then adding to the mix dumbbell and barbell work. Fundamental. Primal. Hard work
The gym environment is crucial. Outdoor work for sled and farmer's walk (walking with two heavy bars). Inside, connected to the outside with the roll up doors mostly open, no HD monitors, no juice bars, the un-gym as contrasted to the comfort palaces today masquerading as gyms.
